Shaping El Centro's Future

Check out the new Compass Blueprint video highlighting a recently completed Demonstration Project, Project SHAPE: The El Centro Downtown Plan. The plan serves as a road map and business plan for the City to revitalize its downtown and generate developer interest in downtown El Centro investment.

"What is so significant about what Compass Blueprint has provided us is that it's provided us with the blueprint for us to actually succeed. It has showed us the financing mechanisms that we're going to need in order to pull this off," says Mayor Jon Edney of El Centro. From developing a shared parking strategy to providing incentives for mixed use development, this project will assist El Centro in strategically planning for the future.
