Toolbox Tuesdays April 27: Build Better Corridors

Toolbox Tuesdays comes to the Inland Empire! Join experts convened by The Planning Center to explore the anatomy of a corridor, walk through the corridor planning process, and learn the basics of how to evaluate corridors in your community. Walk through simple analysis and gain the answers you need to provide direction to decision makers, employees, the public, and the private market on issues such as baseline conditions, retail supply and demand, relative capacity and survey skills. Wraps up with a discussion of great corridor examples from around Southern California.
